Villa 47 @ Clarens Golf Estate

Villa 47 & Flatlet 47 is a well appointed 12 sleeper Villa on The Clarens Golf Estate. It comprises of 4 bedrooms en-suite on the bottom level of the Villa, accommodating 8 guests. And an additional 2 bedroom en-suite on the upper level, accommodating 4 guests. The upper and lower (Flatlet @ 47) levels can be rented separately or together, providing accommodation for 4, 6, 8 or 12 guests.

Both levels has its own kitchen, dining room and lounge.

BOTTOM LEVEL: VILLA 47 SLEEPS 8

There are four bedrooms; 3 bedrooms with King size beds; 1 bedroom with 2 ¾ beds. All bedding is made up of 300 thread-count white percale cotton. Each bed has a mattress cover, fitted bottom sheet, top sheet, woollen blanket and duvet and each occupant has two luxurious pillows. Every bedroom is individually decorated.

The en-suite bathrooms are spacious and have their own geyser, supplying sufficient hot water to the occupants. We installed infrared heaters in all bathrooms to keep the cold nights at bay. There are 3 bathrooms with baths and showers and 1 bathroom with shower only. White cotton towels are provided and heated towel rails in bathrooms.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a large combined fridge and freezer, an ice machine, microwave. There is also a 4 plate stove and oven and all the necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The surfaces are granite in the kitchen.

The dining room table seats 8 people and the kitchen bar-counter provides extra seating.

Large sliding doors open onto a spacious covered patio equipped with a built-in braai area and furnished with comfortable veranda furniture. The windows on the patio can be opened for fresh air or hot evenings and closed for the cold evenings.

An ample stairwell inside the villa leads to the lounge and open plan kitchen as well as the 4^th bedroom, indoor braai area, dining room and lounge.
