The Flatlet @ 47 is an additional 2 bedroom en-suite on the upper level, accommodating 4 guests.
The upper and lower (Flatlet @ 47) levels can be rented separately or together, providing accommodation for 4, 6, 8 or 12 guests.

Two bedrooms on the upper level of the Villa overlooking the Maluti Mountains and our little town
Both bedrooms have a double bed with en-suite bathroom with a shower only. Bathrooms have an infrared heater.
All bedding is made up of 300 thread-count white percale cotton
Every bed has a mattress cover, fitted bottom sheet, top sheet as well as a wool blanket and duvet and two luxurious pillows for each occupant
White cotton towels provided and heated towel rails in bathrooms
The living area is open plan and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a 4 plate stove, a microwave and a fridge with all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
Kitchen bar counter provides extra seating
A Gas braai is provided for outside cooking

Regtig ‘n besonderse plek met ‘n uitsig oor die hele Clarens. Bronwin is ook nog ‘n ongelooflike bestuurder wat altyd daar is vir jou, nie dat dit ooit nodig was nie.
We loved how clean and neat the the place was, what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get a beautiful welcoming feeling as soon as you step inside. The location of the accommodation is a great place if your seeking for a bit of peace and quiet, aswell as the overall view of mountains and the town itself. We definitely recommend this place
Exceptional view, sparkling clean, comfy and quiet. An excellent place to relax and unwind. The staff were quick to respond and very helpful. A fantastic stay!
